As part of our Ignite Your Summer Series, we’ve enlisted the help of a few kickass fitness enthusiasts across the country to share their favorite outdoor workouts.
This week’s workout comes from Chelsea Stewart, the Denver-based founder of yoga and lifestyle blog The OM Society. Chelsea is a registered yoga teacher, certified personal trainer and CYCLEBAR instructor and her goal is to inspire and motivate people around the world to be their best selves through fitness and wellness.
Chelsea shares five workout moves that can be done anywhere in 30 minutes, using just a yoga mat and a resistance band. This workout is approachable for athletes of all fitness levels and disciplines, and engages the entire body.
- Pulse squat (x10)
- Reverse lunge with knee lift (x12 on each leg)
- Squat pulse step-out (x12 on each side)
- V-Ups (20 reps x3)
- Push-Ups (as many reps as possible x3)
